Oreo Crack Pie

I have been meaning to make the Crack Pie from the Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook for a while. It is a very decadent pie, often described, rightfully so, as tasting like pecan pie filling without the pecans. The recipe calls for an oat cookie crust, but I gave it an Oreo cookie crust instead – because if you’re going to go there, why not just keep on going?

What it lacks in attractiveness it makes up for in addictiveness.
